CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are free of charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of 25% of the scheduled service cost. No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your treatment will be shortened to accommodate other clients, and you will still be charged for the full appointment. ALL payments are non-refundable once made. I understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact me as soon as possible.
